Intrinsyc’s experienced in-house team of engineers can ensure your development project doesn’t suffer from unnecessary delays due to missteps or obstacles. Intrinsyc offers several technical support options that can bring your engineering team up to speed and keep them moving forward when technical challenges arise.  This can include everything from proof of concept research to DSP design, hardware and software design and development, custom driver debug, field deployment and manufacturing test and support.


Development Kit Support

  • Have a question about one of our development kits?
  • Don’t know which development kit will be best suited to your needs?
  • Want to understand which features are supported out of the box and which will require development?
  • Purchased a development kit and need help setting it up or documentation regarding the building, loading or running one of the provided BSP images?


If you have questions or require additional technical information regarding the features, set-up and operation of the development kit visit our Helpdesk to open a ticket and Intrinsyc’s support team will respond within 48hrs.  Tickets are tracked, and you can login to check on their status or enter additional information.
