Intrinsyc Announces Resignation of Vice President, Global Sales
Vancouver, BC – May 14, 2019 –– Intrinsyc Technologies Corporation (TSX: ITC and OTCQX: ISYRF) (“Intrinsyc” or the “Company”), a leading provider of edge computing solutions for the development of intelligent Internet of Things products, today announced that Mark Waldenberg, Vice President, Global Sales resigned from his position. Mr. Waldenberg will continue his employment with the Company until August 10, 2019. Intrinsyc CEO, Mr. Tracy Rees, will work with Mark during his transition and will assume management of the sales organization until a permanent replacement is hired.
Mr. Waldenberg originally joined Intrinsyc in 2009 and was promoted to Vice President Global Sales in August 2015. During his leadership of the sales organization, from 2014-2018, the Company achieved 26.4% Compound Annual Growth.
