Intrinsyc Launches Destinator 9 GPS Navigation for Symbian Qt Phones
Destinator Application Available on Ovi Store in 2010 for Easy Purchase and Download to Symbian Devices
London, England – October 27, 2009 – At the Symbian Exchange and Exposition (SEE 2009), Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a leading provider of software solutions for mobile and embedded devices, today announced a new version of Destinator GPS navigation software for Symbian Qt phones and touch devices. Starting in early 2010, Destinator 9 will be available through Ovi Store, Nokia’s online application and media portal for Symbian handsets. Intrinsyc will demonstrate Destinator 9 on the Qt platform in booth #51 at SEE 2009, October 27-28, 2009.

Destinator Version 9 leverages Qt’s powerful frameworks for graphics, rich GUI widget set, and tools for internationalization, providing both drivers and pedestrians with an unparalleled navigation experience that gets them to their destinations faster and safer. Destinator delivers voice-guided, turn-by-turn directions with complete visual dashboard information. Users can set destinations by browsing location on a map or entering an address, street/city, intersection, or postcode, keyword search of POI, history, favorites, and SMS. Map view modes include 2D/3D and day/night. Search options include search by POI categories, browse POIs, search for a POI near specific address, and navigate to selected search result.
