Leading Device Maker Selects Destinator for Consumer Smartphone

Intrinsyc Delivers Destinator Navigation Software for Windows Mobile 6.1 Handset Aimed at Latin American Market

Vancouver, BC – November 20, 2008 – Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a leading provider of software solutions for device development, today announced the signing of a software license agreement with a leading mobile phone and consumer device manufacturer to deliver turn-by-turn Destinator® navigation software for use on a Windows Mobile consumer smartphone. The GPS-enabled handset is currently shipping in Brazil with additional phones soon to be released in additional Latin American markets.

Destinator navigation software sets new standards for driver safety, ease-of-use, rich content and user interface customization. The software delivers world-class turn-by-turn navigation with market–leading safety features for personal navigation devices (PNDs), personal digital assistants (PDAs) and smartphones, while also providing cellular, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and PC connectivity. Destinator is an ideal software solution for in-vehicle and pedestrian-oriented navigation and content browsing.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
