Intrinsyc to Hold 2007 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Vancouver, BC – December 7, 2007 – Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a global wireless software solutions provider, today announced that its 2007 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time at the Delta Vancouver Suites, 550 West Hastings Street, Vancouver V6B 1L6. Glenda Dorchak, Intrinsyc’s Chairman and CEO, will present a review of the Company and its 2007 achievements.

A replay webcast of the meeting will be available following the meeting and may be accessed on the Company’s website on the Conference Calls page.
