  • Tracy Rees, President and Chief Executive Officer

    Tracy Rees joined Intrinsyc in 2007 as General Manager for the Asia Pacific region (APAC). He served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 2008, was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer in November 2008, and became President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2009. Rees brings more than 25 years of experience in the high technology industry, with deep expertise in mobility software and embedded technology. As CEO of Annasoft Systems from 2001 to 2002, and Anna Technology from 1999 to 2002, Rees led a successful turnaround, including the sale of the company’s operating subsidiaries, and a return to profitability in the core Annasoft subsidiary, and a subsequent sale of assets to Bsquare Corporation. He joined Bsquare as Director of Sales in 2002 and was later promoted to Executive Vice President - Sales, Marketing and International Operations.




George Reznik, Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

    George Reznik has more than eighteen years of experience in senior and executive financial roles, with the last 10 years spent at rapidly growing public companies in the software and wireless industries. He has broad expertise in international corporate finance, strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and operational management. Prior to joining Intrinsyc, Mr. Reznik was CFO of Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. Previous to this, he served as CFO and COO of Infowave Software and before that, was Vice President, Finance with Pivotal Corporation, where he played a leadership role through its IPO on the Nasdaq and TSX. Prior to 1998, Mr. Reznik held a number of senior management leadership positions with Deloitte & Touche in Canada and the U.K. Mr. Reznik is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Business Valuator.




Alkarim Kassam, Vice President Worldwide Engineering

    Alkarim Kassam has been with Intrinsyc since 2004 and he brings more than 15 years of engineering and operations experience from various management roles in embedded technologies and semiconductor manufacturing automation. Alkarim has lead worldwide engineering teams in developing successful multi-tiered products targeting semiconductor manufacturers throughout Asia Pacific, in addition to managing international teams supporting mobile embedded customers in deploying their devices globally. Prior to Intrinsyc, Mr. Kassam worked as the Senior Technical Manager at Triant Technologies and prior to that he was the Software Development Manager at Brooks Automation. Mr. Kassam's extensive international experience managing both product and service based engineering teams, has provided him with the key experience critical in driving the global engineering capability of Intrinsyc.
